Our Story
We are Steve & Melissa Cochran. We have been blessed with a bright & beautiful daughter, Kelsey, who exceeds all of our expectations. We have also been very fortunate to be surrounded by the most loving & amazing friends, family & community. We have desired for awhile to share our love and blessings with a child in need. We were sent the file for then 9 year old Peng from China and knew he was the one.
Our goal is to raise the $ 5,200 that is the required orphanage donation portion of our adoption fees. Through our communications with the orphanage (Shi HeZi Welfare Institute) and a family who visited the orphanage, we feel assured that the funds are used to provide good care to the children.
This is truly a journey made possible because of the very special people we have in our lives- so already you have made a spiritual contribution beyond measure. If in addition you would like to give a good wish, any donation is sincerely appreciated.
