"Our last fundraiser -- we are leaving in less than 2 weeks to bring Micah home, praise the Lord! It's been more than 4 years since we began this journey, and we are in awe of God's faithfulness. We are leaving May 26th, and will be reunited with Micah on May 28th, and he will then be with us forever! Please keep praying!
Just the cost of flights for this last trip (including Micah's one-way ticket!) were over $5000. Hotels are $100+ a night and Tony will be there with Micah for 12 nights"

Our Story
We began our adoption journey 4 years ago! We accepted a referral of a sweet boy in fall 2008, and not long after that the country began a reorganization of their adoption program, and our progress came to a painful halt. Since then, we have been absolutely blessed by the support we've received from so many people. Without this difficult wait, we would never have considered trudging through TWO adoptions! In fall 2009, the Lord opened the door to Ukraine. We were blessed to bring Ian into our family in May 2010. He's endured two cleft palate surgeries and countless hours of speech therapy in the short time he's been with us, but is thriving!
In January 2012, we were thrilled to learn that our adoption agency became reaccredited, and we went full steam ahead to get all of our paperwork in order quickly and accurately.
We traveled to meet Micah in March/April 2012, and Tony returned for court the end of April. We are in our 30-day court appeal period, and will return May 26th
