Our Story
To welcome and celebrate a new life, there is a tradition in the northern part of China to make a Bai Jia Bei, or 100 Good Wishes Quilt. It is a custom to invite friends and family to contribute a patch of cloth with a wish for the baby. We are inviting you to contribute to a virtual 100 wishes quilt! After adopting our daughter Tapie in December 2005, we knew that we would return again to China to grow our family. We have been blessed with a referral from the "waiting child" program. Our little one Zhan Ci Fen is cleft affected and will require surgery when we get her home. All proceeds from our quilt will be donated to those who held, comforted and cared for her before she was placed in our arms. xie xie

"Go Steven! I just did a sprint distance triathlon in Denver and have nothing but admiration and respect for you doing the Ironman! I'll be sending plenty of good thoughts your way on Sunday! Best to everyone!"
